Dear Ukrainian nationals
On Friday, 11 March, the Swiss Federal Council decided to grant all Ukrainians who have fled because of the war in their home country protection status S for their temporary stay in Switzerland. To obtain this status, you have to register at a federal asylum centre. However, you do not have to do so straight away - you have up to 90 days to do so.
